Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Delivery Excellence
- Lead and manage consulting engagements or work streams from planning through execution and delivery.

Manager/Senior Manager
As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will be a “catalyst for change” and a leader of complex digital and organizational transformations. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transformational Leadership, Data Analytics, or a related field (Advanced degree/MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of management consulting experience, with at least 5 years of prior Business Development and Account Management experience.
- Mastery of project management (PMP, Agile/Scrum) and/or change management frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step).
- Deep experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, EPC, or Private Equity is highly preferred.
